A return system comparable to the bottle deposit system, recycling auto parts works in a similar way. When an auto part is consumed or replaced, the owner of the vehicle can return the old part to Scan Parts, in the same way as empty bottles are returned to a bottle deposit system.
It creates a foundation for product circulation, and in addition to the model being sustainable, it also means that the customer achieves a significant saving by buying a remanufactured spare part rather than a new one.

Scan Parts operates a return system where distributors, such as auto parts dealers, pay a deposit when purchasing a recycled spare part, which they then sell on to auto repair shops. This deposit is refunded to them when they later return an equivalent spare part back to us.
